Leadership Alive: Webinar II

Leadership Alive is a biweekly 90-minute online gathering designed to keep your practice of leadership fresh, alive and growing. The gathering is facilitated by SafeTech Solutions partners Aarron Reinert and John Becknell and is for SafeTech clients and their leadership teams. Like our Academies and leadership retreats, these online sessions are highly participatory and interactive. Our focus will be on leadership, culture and employee engagement, and participants will set the agenda. This is a way to stay connected, get recharged, process challenges and get direct input on the relevant stuff you are working on.

In each session, John and Aarron will discuss a specific topic for a few minutes and then open things up to questions and discussion. There are no fees or charges to participate, we only ask that you register ahead of time.

Topic: "A Leadership Perspective on Wellbeing."

Description:  "Leadership consistency and grit is needed during the ongoing ups and downs of the corona-coaster. How and if we cultivate personal and team wellbeing during this marathon of uncertainty really matters. Join us for a practical discussion on the overlap of self-care, wellbeing, and organizational culture and performance." 

Prior to the July 23 start time, a Zoom meeting link and password code will be sent to all registrants. Please provide a working email address when signing up.
