Matthew Philbrick

Matt is a nationally recognized speaker and leader having served the EMS industry for almost two decades. Working in many diverse roles including EMT, paramedic, flight paramedic, and Operations Manager, Matt has managed and led successful teams in a variety of EMS disciplines in both rural and urban environments. Currently, Matt manages a national wellness program dedicated to improving the experience of first responder work providing resources, education, crisis intervention, and outreach for the nation's largest EMS Provider. In 2020, Matt was named as one of the "Top 40 under 40" EMS Leaders by the American Ambulance Association.  Matt's graduate work includes a focus on Leadership Development and he holds two Master's Degrees.
