Thomas Fennell

Tom has been involved in emergency medical services for nearly 40 years. In this time, Tom has served in roles from front line team member to administration of services. He has served as a regulator and subject matter expert supporting emergency medical services in areas of compliance, licensing, complaint investigation, and provider certification at state and national levels. Tom currently serves as the Regulatory Officer for a large, non-profit EMS company operating in multiple states, and is active in monitoring and supportive roles in government relations at the state and federal levels. Tom has also been the management representative to the collective bargaining process for over 20 years.
