Michelle Anderson, MBA

Michelle Anderson has been in emergency medical services for sixteen years, serving in the roles of EMT, educator, manager and administrator. Recipient of the American Ambulance Association's Star of Life Award in 2011, Michelle's dedication to EMS has also led her to serve on the Workforce Committee and faculty for the Cost Data Collection education program through the American Ambulance Association, and to participate as founding member of Women in Emergency Services (WiES), which aims to create opportunities for women to connect within the industry. Michelle is currently the Director of Administration for an ALS ambulance service in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Michelle holds an MBA in Strategy and Execution from Bethel University and is a UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, working with executives across the nation.
